Winston Gordon III

Winston Gordon III is a public finance professional, business development executive, and civic technology entrepreneur based in the New York metropolitan area. He serves as Administrator & Operations Lead in the Department of Sociology at Columbia University, where he manages departmental operations, facilities coordination, undergraduate programming, vendor relations, and financial workflows supporting faculty and institutional priorities.

Concurrently, Winston serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development & Finance at CLM Venture Contracting, where he oversees financial management, profit tracking, payroll monitoring, cost analysis, and strategic growth initiatives across the company's contracting operations in the New York City metropolitan area.

Winston is an incoming MA candidate in the Politics and Education program at Teachers College, Columbia University, where his research interests center on the governance of emerging technologies in public institutions, procurement policy, AI compliance optimization, and how political structures shape the distribution of educational and economic opportunity.
